We see a lot of boilers get neglected because they are usually on rooftops or hidden in storage places, make sure your boiler gets the love it needs to keep you with hot water.  Here are some things you want to check on often:

• Low-water cutoff
• Drains
• Filters and strainers

In addition, you want to inspect and clean the burners, exercise all valves and if possible clean and maintain fireside surfaces.
